Another love of mine is fashion. This may be because I spent part of my career working for the most amazing French high fashion house.
Another has to do with Mick Jagger. Yes, you heard me correctly.
If you have ever been to a Rolling Stones concert, you will also know that he rocks some skinny pants. In fact, whenever I buy a new pair of skinny jeans or pants I ask my husband, “Do I look like Mick?” He thinks I am ridiculous.
However, he tolerates me, and will say, “Absolutely, you Jagger” or “Nooo, not so much,” those jeans go right back to the store.
The keepers? Well, I have a pair of low booties that make me 2 inches taller. They sort of have a sixties vibe and work well with skinny Mick’s. If it is cold enough, a fitted black velvet tuxedo jacket.
Now all I need is Hot Rocks, let’s just say “Under my Thumb” and I am completely happy at that moment, euphorically happy.
Now you think I am ridiculous.
I love this video, and, yes, I also like to try to dance like Mick in my said outfit. Who am I trying to kid, I try to dance like Mick whenever I hear a Stones song. Don’t you?
